Since 1996,
Mr. Johnson has practiced civil litigation concentrating on complex personal
injury, medical malpractice and complex commercial litigation.
For several years, he worked
in larger law firms where
he
represented insurance companies defending large medical malpractice
and personal injury cases.
This experience provided him with in-depth knowledge as to how
insurance companies handle injury claims, and as to what tactics a
